We are pleased to announce that CEPI Spa will be sponsoring the latest edition of Bakery Live, the must-attend virtual bakery event which will be taking place on 20-21 June.
Creating bulk-handling systems for the food industry since 1985, CEPI designs, manufactures and commissions turn-key systems for the storage, conveying and dosing of raw materials, as well as fully integrated automation and technologies to complete all production processes. In the last 35 years, they have built more than 10,000 installations the world over, working with some of the most important companies in the food industry. CEPI’s mission goes beyond assembling food machinery; they build turn-key installations that manage the production line from storage to dosing, all the while developing specialised solutions to match diverse and ever-changing needs across the planet.
As a Silver Sponsor of Bakery Live, Frida Lega, Technical Sales Manager at CEPI will be drawing on over two decades of experience of overseeing the development of bulk handling installations. Having supported bakery manufacturers during all stages of the project, Frida understands the importance of a personalised approach.
In her session ‘Sourdough and fermentation technology’, Frida will share her experience in providing a wide range of international bakery manufacturers with customised fermentation solutions, with a special eye to sourdough fermentation, its history and its benefits. Rye, wheat and multigrain breads but also pizza, focacce, brioches and crackers: in the last two decades, a key factor in bakery manufacture has been the rediscovery of sourdough, and the development of technologies that make artisan quality possible on an industrial level.
“CEPI will be a sponsor and a speaker at the first Bakery Live event in June, where I will share my experience in providing a wide range of international bakery manufacturers with customised fermentation solutions,” commented Frida.
“We are delighted to be partnering with CEPI for Bakery Live for its first edition,” said Jon Pittock, Publisher, Hand Media. “We look forward to seeing the expertise and know-how they will share with our audience, aligning with our core theme of sustainability.”
