David Vivó began his career in the food industry within the R&D area. Accumulating knowledge and experience while participating in new product developments. The experience that made him change course in team and project management was being able to accompany sales teams and share customer feedback after testing their own developments.
In their presentation at Bakery Live, David will be discussing the functionality of saturated fats in the bakery industry. Such as, butter, hydrogenated margarine or margarines that contain fats such as palm oil, and he is going to include Borges’ value proposition in this case the Healthy & Solid Oil.
